Labourer ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Labourer App Inc, a corporation incorporated in the State of Florida, United States. We operate a digital marketplace platform ("Platform") that connects individuals seeking casual labour work ("Workers") with individuals and businesses seeking to engage casual labour ("Employers").
Labourer is a technology platform only. We are not an employer, labour hire agency, recruitment agency, or staffing provider. We do not employ Workers, place Workers with Employers, or participate in any employment arrangement. Any engagement between a Worker and Employer is a private arrangement between those parties. Labourer is not a party to any such arrangement.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
It is solely and exclusively the Employer's responsibility to verify that any Worker they engage has the legal right to work in the applicable jurisdiction before commencing any work. Labourer makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any Worker's eligibility, qualifications, licences, certifications, or right to work. Labourer expressly disclaims all liability for any breach of work rights laws, immigration laws, or employment laws arising from any engagement arranged through the Platform.

Users must not use the Platform to: engage in fraudulent activity; misrepresent identity or qualifications; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; facilitate or engage in illegal employment; post false or misleading information; violate any applicable law or regulation.
Labourer does not process, hold, or facilitate payment between Workers and Employers. All payment arrangements are made directly between the parties. Labourer is not responsible for any payment disputes, non-payment, underpayment, or tax obligations arising from engagements arranged through the Platform.
Users may leave reviews after completed engagements. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Labourer reserves the right to remove reviews that are false, defamatory, or in breach of these Terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Labourer does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Labourer App Inc and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: any loss or damage arising from engagements arranged through the Platform; workplace injuries or incidents; payment disputes; loss of earnings or business; data loss; or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed USD $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Labourer App Inc, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Platform; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any engagement arranged through the Platform.
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Labourer App Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or Labourer App Inc.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
